Donation Request
Pesi-Cola Bottling Co. of New Haven believes in helping support charitable organizations, special events, and community initiatives within the communities that we serve.

*ALL DONATIONS MUST BE PICKED UP AT YOUR LOCAL PEPSI WAREHOUSE.
*DONATIONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR DELIVERY.
In-Kind Donations
Since beverages are our business, we can support your organization with donations of soft drinks or other products.
Signage donations
Your organization may be eligible to obtain banners to help promote your event.
Door/ Raffle Prizes
Product SWAG or auction items for fundraising events are available to qualifying events.
We love helping our community
Our focus for donations is to help causes that touch our communities as a whole.
Annually we receive hundreds of donation requests. It is impossible to contribute to every cause. Accordingly, we have established criteria to help us manage, prioritize, and focus on these requests for donations
eligibility requirements
Location
Organization must be part of one of the communities that we serve. Event must be located in one of the communities that we serve.
Please check the map on our Locations page under the About Us tab prior to submitting a request.
REquest
A request must be formally submitted via this page or it will not be honored.
Time
To ensure consideration, requests for donations must be submitted and received no later than 5 weeks prior to your event.
RESPONSE
You will receive a written response to your request within 3 weeks of us receiving it. Please do not follow up with phone calls or emails.
Complete a donation request
Please fill out all fields and upload a flyer as they will determine your eligibility for receiving your donation request.
Prior to submitting a request check the map on our Locations page under the About Us tab – we are unable to make donations outside of our territory!
